ACCESS

Access those hard to reach places, without the need for a ground survey, with the QAB System. Steep embankments, narrow access lanes, uneven ground: the QAB System works in any situation without the need for MEWPs or scaffolding.

The 2005 Work at Height Regulations applies to almost all works carried out in 358 security mesh projects.

The QAB System comfortably meets the necessary measures in the regulation hierarchy of control:

  1. Provide work equipment to prevent falls using collective measures such as handrails
  2. Mitigate distance and consequence of the fall, use of harnesses, PPE including fall protection devices such as self-retracting lifelines to minimise the distance and therefore the consequence of the fall
  3. Instruction and training on the safe systems of work and equipment supplied

Make cost-prohibitive powered access methods a thing of the past. Whether it's the outright cost of buying or renting, or the hidden environmental and ground surveying costs, powered access methods are inefficient and expensive. The QAB System has a solution for that.

Our unique bracket system allows alloy access towers to be attached to 358 security mesh fences with no requirement for outriggers, giving safe access to height behind a handrail.

This equipment can be easily transported to site, it is lightweight and easy to erect. And to top it all off, there is no requirement for ground surveys due to the light footprint and the fact that the tower is physically attached to the fence.

Working from height can be fraught with risk. With ladders providing scant protection against accidents, the QAB System will give you a certified anchor point to attach positional work lanyards giving the ability to work in a seated position at the top of the fence, close to your task.
